This is Lantana camara, also known as Lantana Florida Mound Red. This tropical plant grows to about 2 feet tall and is very popular with the birds, bees, and butterflies. It likes to live in full sun or partial shade. These seeds were collected from the hybrid plant and the seeds may or may not grow true from seed. This plant is grown as an annual all over but it is a tender perennial in USDA Hardiness Zones 8b to 11
