This is Alcea ficifolia Las Vegas Black, also known as Antwerp Hollyhock, Figleaf Hollyhock. This plant likes to live in full sun to partial shade where it sports blossoms of Pink, Red, Bright Yellow, Brown, Bronze, and White from late Spring until the middle of the Fall.
