This is Talinum paniculatum, also known as Jewels of Opar, pink babys-breath, and Fame Flower. Talinum paniculatum must live in the full sun where it grows to about 2 feet tall. It blooms from late Spring until early Fall, and is very drought tolerant. Jewels of Opar can be grown as an Annual all over the place but it is a tender perennial in USDA Hardiness Zones 8 and 10
