This is Aristolochia debilis. This plant likes to live in light shade where it will bloom repeatedly throughout the year. All Aristolochia species, except for the Aristolochia gigantea, are larval host plants for the Pipevine Swallowtail, Polydamas Swallowtail, and Mylotes Cattleheart butterflies.
