Passiflora resticulata is the larval host plant for the Atthis Longwing butterfly. This butterfly mimics the Zebra Longwing to ward off predators. Passiflora resticulata is native to Columbia and Ecuador, so my guess is USDA Hardiness Zones 10 to 11
